Impact:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many communities were identified as 'vaccine hesitant.' Programs like "One School, One Vaccine at a Time" have shown that addressing cultural relevance, trust, and accessibility can significantly increase vaccination rates. This initiative has already facilitated over 35,000 vaccinations, distributed 180,000 COVID-19 testing kits, and provided 90,000 masks nationwide. By bringing vaccinations and routine immunizations directly to schools, the program strategically removes barriers to accessibility and builds confidence through thoughtful, culturally relevant relationships.
