Joining the Executive Committee as Treasurer, Zachary Barker is a certified economic developer (CEcD) with extensive experience spanning over 20 years. Barker is renowned for his expertise in entrepreneurial incubator and accelerator programming. As the architect of the Hispanic Chamber's Avanzar Digital Business Accelerator Program, Zachary is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs with the skills and resources necessary to realize their business aspirations.
